OWN YOUR ERA CONFIDENCE COACHING SERIES:

Over the course of three coaching sessions, we will use Taylor Swift songs and the artist's biggest life challenges and achievements to:

• Reflect on life and the obstacles in our way.
• Recharge confidence, energy and empowerment. 
• Renew goals, self-worth, and optimism. 
  
  

Through Taylor Swift's hit songs, stories, coaching exercises, journaling, and sharing we will cultivate resilience, determination and an "anti-fragile" mindset. Which simply means learning, when shaken, you strengthen!  

Your daughter will walk way with:

• The most powerful question we can ask ourselves when facing a challenge.
• A deeper understanding of growth mindset and how to use anything and everything for learning and growing.
• New self-care routines and rituals for building confidence and self-belief.
• The ability to identity and shift problematic thinking and an understanding of what the brain is designed to really do and not do.
